Order Cancellations

  1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (before tracking number is issued).

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.


Returns Eligibility

 30-Day Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
 Conditions:

  1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/labels.

  2. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Products >30 days after delivery

  2. Sale/discounted items (only full-price items eligible)

  3. Items not in original condition (damaged/missing parts due to customer handling)


Refund Process

  1. Request Approval: Contact Us to initiate return.

  2. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll:

    1. Notify you via email

    2. Approve/deny refund within 3 business days

  3. Refund Issued: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 Note:

  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. For items >$75, we recommend tracked shipping + insurance (we're not responsible for lost returns).


Delayed/Missing Refunds

If refund doesn't appear:

  1. Check your bank account (may take 2-3 extra days)

  2. Contact your credit card company/bank

Replacements

🔧 Only for defective/damaged items:

  1. Report within 72 hours of delivery via Contact Us

  2. Include photos/videos of the issue


Return Shipping

  1. Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).

  2. Email us first for return address + instructions.

  3. Replacement delivery time varies by location.
